We would like to congratulate the Portrait Gallery of Canada for their innovative idea to engage the general public with art works. Portraits on the Ice was an exhibition of 11 high quality reproductions installed under the concrete arches of the Bank Street Bridge in collaboration with the National Capital Commission as part of their 2008 Rideau Canal Skateway festivities.
We look forward to running into art in an unexpected location again soon!
