Canada Council Art Bank Holiday Puzzle Prize Draw
The prize:
The Art Bank is pleased to offer a two-year free rental of an art work of the winner’s choice.
This prize includes the rental of an art work for two years, as well as selection, transportation and installation in the winner’s office area. The total value of this prize is over $675 ($120 in annual rent and a minimum of $435 for services).
How to enter the contest:
1) Print and complete the puzzle correctly; fill in your contact information;
2) Fax your completed puzzle to 613-566-4391 by 3pm on January 7, 2011;
3) The draw of eligible completed puzzles will take place on January 10, 2011 and the winner will be notified that day by telephone.
Contest rules and eligibility:
• The winner must sign and agree to the Art Bank’s terms and conditions
• The work must be installed in an office setting at an eligible client site (ex. government department, corporation, non-profit agency, etc). Home offices are not eligible client sites.
• The contest only applies in Ottawa-Gatineau, Montreal, or Toronto
• The work will be installed and returned on a mutually agreed upon date
• The prize must be claimed before December 31, 2011
